Growing up amid so many different cultures, we are pros at adapting to change. We can navigate through unfamiliar social settings, languages, and customs like it’s our second skin. TCKs have a truly global perspective, shaped by our exposure to multiple cultures and traditions throughout our highly mobile childhood.
Diversity is in our DNA and we are natural bridges when bringing together different points of view. Our strength lies our ability to make new connections, fit in with new communities, and thrive especially when things are constantly changing. TCKs make truly empathic and collaborative leaders. We need more of them in the workplace! Next D&I (diversity & inclusion) pillar at your company, maybe?
